Can't install COD4 v1.4 patch

when i click on the icon almost instantly an error pops up and says 'error reading setup initialization file'

anyone have some suggestions as to what to do?

EDIT: nevermind guys, it was a corrupted download, got it all in working order and killed Kornowski a few times.

lovely do you want to try and open an acount on cfclan website now please i hope it works, i spent all night trying to fix it.
