Can't install drivers on my new OS?

I recently purchased W7 64bit because it allowed me to use 4+GB RAM. Everything is fine, the OS seems to be working and all except the fact that it won't install any drivers. I downloaded the drivers for my MoBo, dragged the files to my USB drive, and it will extract but nothing happens. Need help because I need to get on my computer ASAP!

After you extracted them, just find where they are and run the setup file.
