Hi everyone,

it is 5 days now that I can't load a web page (the page is not down).
I get the message "The connection was reset".
I tried deleting coockies, history and flushing dns but it didn't work.
I also ping the pages IP and I get this:

Pinging bitspyder.net [124.217.253.77] with 32 bytes of data:

Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.
Request timed out.

Ping statistics for 124.217.253.77:
Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

Plz if you can help me try to do it step by step (I don't know much about these things)
Thank you!

What operating system are you running?

If xp click on start, click run, type cmd press ok. type ipconfig press enter.

If vista or windows 7 the click start, in the search bar, type cmd hit enter, type ipconfig press enter.

You will now see some lines of text. I need to know all the data listed.

You have a valid ip address and you are using wireless internet. Do this... go into internet options in control panel, click on the connections tab, click on the lan settings button, make sure the boxes under proxy server are unchecked. If those boxes are checked then you have malware on your system and we need to remove it.

So the boxes were checked then? If so then do the following. You should have internet now.

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here or here and save it to your desktop.
  • Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
  • At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
    • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
    • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version. Please keep updating until it says you have the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • A log will be saved automatically which you can access by clicking on the Logs tab within Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

If for some reason Malwarebytes will not install or run please download and run Rkill.scr, Rkill.exe, or Rkill.com but DO NOT reboot the system and then try installing or running Malwarebytes. If Rkill (which is a black box) appears and then disappears right away or you get a message saying rkill is infected, keep trying to run rkill until it over powers the infection and temporarily kills it. Once a log appears on the screen, you can try running malwarebytes or downloading other programs.

Download the HijackThis installer from here.
Run the installer and choose Install, indicating that you accept the licence agreement. The installer will place a shortcut on your desktop and launch HijackThis.

Click Do a system scan and save a logfile

Most of what HijackThis lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

Post the logfile that HijackThis produces along with the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log

Do you have any other computers in the home that have internet access? Can they get online? Are you the only one hooked up wirelessly? It's possible that the modem/router needs reset as well.

Did you click on remove selected on the malwarebytes screen so that it removed those infections?

If that is only site you can't access then most likely your internet provider may have blacklisted that website. I should have reread your original post, I thought you were saying you couldn't get online at all.

I can access that website with no issues.

I did deleted those items.
My internet provider hasn't blacklisted that page as I can load it from a friend with the same connection.
It is the only web page that far that i can't load!

Not sure what to tell you to try next. Have you tried downloading a different browser like firefox and see it lets you access the website. If not, then it has something to do with your internet. Do you have any sort of parental control enabled on the machines?
