Can't Load Xp on a hp xw9300 workstation??

Well I have this hp xw9300 workstation with I think 4 processors. It is currently using Ubuntu. When I go through the first parts of putting xp on it loads the disc and then says no hard drives connected to load xp. What is wrong?? I don't want to keep Ubuntu on their. I would like to wipe the drives. It is currently using 2 hard drives.
Any suggestions?

you can't install xp or vista on a disk which contains ubuntu because windows doesn't recognize file system of the disk.. u will have to format a part of the disk to NTFS using an UBUNTU installer disk..
