Can't locate WLAN driver after reinstall

Laptop= Packard Bell I-Select
Mobo= NEC International VC2
OS= XP Home

Sit Rep...

Had old laptop given to me to 'update' so said I would upgrade it to Win 7 which went okay until I could not locate sound driver but everything else worked, So I did a fresh install of XP instead and now have everything working except WLAN as XP will not locate the driver and I can't seem to track one down online.

Any help appreciated,

Go into device manager and right click on the device needing a driver and click properties, then click on the details tab. I need the digit vendor and device id numbers. They will be the digits after VEN and DEV

Thanks for replies guys :) , I was definitely having a 'blonde moment' with this one, and after visiting NEC support website 8 times over last 3 days - I FINALLY found the drivers under EMEA (I was expecting it to say Europe or UK !!) on their GLOBAL SUPPORT page. It led me to their NEC products/notebooks page via HERE and finally I found it under 'I-Select' along with all the other drivers which I'd found elsewhere on the net :rolleyes: .
