Can't Login to Any of My Secure Sites

I'm having trouble logging into any of my secure sites that I visit a number of times daily. Any site I go that requires a username and password comes up saying "This page cannot be displayed......blah blah blah" Anyone know of some settings that may have gotten changed that I could change back?

Ok. You are using IE Correct?

Go to help. About Internet Explorer
Then the bit strength should be 128.

If it is under 128 there should be a link to download a file.
