Can't Login to Back Account with Firefox

I use to be able to login into my Visa Account using Firefox. But now I get an error message from my account's website, when using Firefox, and the only way I can login into my Visa Account is by using IE (Internet Explorer). So does anybody know how I can get in contact with the Mozilla Company so they can release a patch for this problem?

Well. You could go to their support page here http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/support/

Go to there IRC or email them the problem you have and ask them how to fix or if they can release it.

Unless someone here knows how to fix it?

Are you shure your bank hasn't changed the site? Banks are usually VERY bad about being cross-browser compatible.

If you're shure the the site hasn't changed, while you are on the site in Firefox, click Help then "Report Broken Web Site..."

It's working now. I think ether Firefox fixed it or my Bank Account website fixes there end. Thanks for all your help everyone.
