My computer has been working fine then yesterday morning i boot up like normal and it goes to the screen where you have to pick a user which it usually goes right to my desktop. Im the only user so i click on mine and it says the user profile service failed the login, user profile cannot be loaded WTF!! how do i fix this??

Ive seen this problem before, I cant remember if I managed to fix it or if I just cut my loses and reformatted
When you turn on your pc keep hitting F8 and see if you can get into safe mode through an administrator account? If that works you can check to see if the login service is disabled or something.
Otherwise try tossing in your OS installation cd to do a startup repair.
I'm not sure if it matters that this says its for temporary accounts, but the troubleshooting seems relevant for your issue.
