Can't move iso file to USB stick

It is probably formatted in FAT32 which cannot take a single file larger than 4GB.

That being said, if you have the media creation tool, why not use it to write the iso. You don't actually want to just write the iso to a usb stick. It will not work.

Instead of selecting ISO, select USB flash drive and it will take care of it.

Yes, I figured this out. Initially, the creation tool was giving me the same error, but now that I converted the USB stick to NTFS, I will try the creation tool again.
