Cant net work my computers

I have 2 desktops and a laptop. I just installed a new motherboard in one of my desktops. Now I can not network and share files with the opther 2 computers anymore, but the other 2 computers can network with each other. I nstalled all the drivers and I can go online but I can not share files with or acces the other computers on my network. Does anyone have an idea of what im doing wrong
 
have you tried running the network setup wizard again? what mobo did you install? if it has a nvidia chipset i think they have a built in firewall that can cause your probelms (not 100% sure tho)
