Cant open my disc drive

Cant seem to open my disc drive, last night while the computer was on i bumped quite hard into the computer while i was cleaning around, have I damaged something? I have these specs for my DVD drive-

DVD+-R16/DVD-RE.DL4/DVD-RW6/DVD+RW8/CD-R48/CD-RW32/DVD-RAM5/CD-ROM/DVD-ROM16
 
If it's a temporary jam of the mechanism, you can open via the emergency opening hole located near the draw door. Push the end of a paper clip or similar into the hole.

Also try opening it by going to "My Computer" (assuming that you have Windows) and right click on the drive that won't come out and click on "Eject" form the pull down menu.
