Can't overclock any higher.

I am having issues with my processor. If I push it any higher than 2.7GHz, it crashes. Do I need to adjust the RAM, or what? My vcore is 1.31v

It won't let me adjust the Vcore in cell menu. I can adjust the NB voltage, but that's it.

what do you mean by memory divider?

As you raise the FSB, the memory is also raised. So you may be at a point where the memory is causing stability problems, so you either want to set a divider, or lower the RAM speed (which ever it is that your mobo supports).

So say you have DDR2-800 RAM. In some BIOS', you can set it to run at DDR2-667, although since you overclocked it, the RAM will be near stock.

I lowered the RAM at 667. It was stable 312x9, but it crashed at 325x9

How do I set a divider? Does that mean I cut the frequency from 800 to 400?

The other problem is the BIOS won't let me increase the memory voltage. It is disabling it for some reason...

ur memory has a multiplier as well. it can be 2.0, 2.5, etc/
or it may have a divider (same thing) or like 3/2, 5/4. If you put the cpu:ram ratio at 1:1 or put the ram muliplier at 2x, you might get higher.
