Cant overclock

I cant change my cpu processor speed its locked..... i have a intel of cousre and i cant even diable it this sucks my current processor speed is 3000mhz or 3.0 giga hertz... i want 4.0

4. PSU?

what do you mean? its a pretty big overclock yah...but i've seen 6ghz on a 3.6 (stable 5.4). but yah 4ghz is even hard without serious cooling and lots of knowledge...

You find me 10 average comp buyers who run P4C 3.2Ghz chips at 4.0Ghz. That stuff they do on THG is proof of concept.

i could get you a few 3.6 @ 5-6ghz. i never looked for 4ghz though. its what everyone is expecting now adays. peeps at my other forum are buying parts and planning on at least 4ghz.

P4C chips dont come in 3.6Ghz variants. P4Es NEED to be clocked that high because they are worthless at anything <4Ghz -- i also said average users.
