Can't remove program

I can't seem to remove the iomega software from my pc. I get the message "An installation support file could not be installed, The system could not find the file specified folder." I tried to reinstall the program but it won't let me. Anyone know how I can remove it completely so i can reinstall the sofware?

Find and delete

Boot into safemode (although that may not be necessary). Then find the folder where the files are installed (use shortcuts in start menu to guide you). Then manually delete. That should do it. Make sure that MSCONFIG shows you iomega as disabled at startup.

Didn't work.

I deleted the folder for iomega and cleaned the registry and its still listed in the program list in the Add or Remove program. Any other things that can be done?
