Can't right click in ie

I got a virus/trojan and clean them all out, but once everything was said and done i still can't right click in internet explorer 6, i try to uninstall/ re install it but as you know you can't really uninstall IE with out having to re install windows and lossing everything you have anyways. I backed up my fav places so i can losse anything in IE. I used CCleader, Spybot-search & Destroy,Ad-Aware, FixIEDef, IEradicator2001, HijackThis, HiddenXP... did i forget anything?

None of these worked to restore my right click in Internet Explorer. When i un install I.E. and go into C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer it's still there. A folder called "Connection Wizard" and 3 files called "hmmapi.dll, iedw.exe, iexplorer.exe" i delete them and they come back but it wont let me delete the Connection wizard folder. Now short from shooting my computer i have tried everything. I did research befor asking for help, Most of it said that it was a virus/trojan/ad-ware but nothing about fixing it. Can anyone help me out with this problem?

Internet Explorer 6.0.29000.2180
I don't want to upgrade to 7.0
I have Windows Xp Pro sp2
Microsoft sucks

Got to Start>RUn
Type in regedit
Navigate to:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer]
In the right hand side look for "NoViewContextMenu"
(if it doesn't exist, create it, and make sure the type is REG_DWORD)
Make sure it is set to decimal and set it to 1

Close regedit and dont muck arround with anything else in there.
restart

If that fails try:
Upgrading to SP3
Upgrading to IE7 (its still IE but its better IMHO)
 
There is a program that I have on one of my virtual machines. It is called something like XP Tweak. I wiil check when I get home. Anyways one of the several features there is a fix that fixes "right click issues".
 
The nasty trojanvirus installed a rootkit in my system and made it to where if you try and install a new windows over the one thta is infected it wouldnt show up, it hides it, i was lucky because i always have more then one windows installed lol i have one called MR FIX IT :P so that one shows up but the normail windows install didn't show up in the dos windows install. Thats one hard core trojan. Once i ran 100 trojan scanners and virus scanners it removed some at a time, so many it took a lot of diff tools because none of them got all the viruses out by it's self. Nasty huh? Anyways they was surfing and doing all kinds of little nasty things using my computer...ohh they was just having a blast...SOB'S!! lol oh and it mophs too, so that was fun. Anyways i'm done venting i can now at least get it to where it right clicks but I.E. sucks anyways so i wont be using it much i only wanted to fix it because if its broken then it could still be used as a means to get into my computer again. One i removed the "last of the viruses with a few virus scanners i was able to install a new windows over the old one to where you can repair it replacing the main windows files. I know i will have to re install a few programs but not worried about that. anyways just wanted to say thanks for your help. I didn't get a chance to try out your links so keep them on hand for the next person and see if it does the trick to where they dont have to go though what i did.
