Can't See Icons Or Taskbar...

My other computer is fairly new. However, I can't see the task bar or the icons on it. I can see the background. Task manager works (ctrl alt delete). I can see the mouse. I can type.

I tried going on the internet, but it doesn't work on the computer... It only seems to work on my laptop, which is how I am posting this question.

How can I make it so that I can see the icons and taskbar again? How can I fix this?

You might be able to run it through Task Manager. File -> New Task (Run...) -> Type "explorer.exe" (w/o the quotes) and see what happens.
 
okay, get into task manager and start a new process. find explorer.exe and see if your icons and start bar come back.
