Can't share broadband connection between 2 PCs

HI there,

I have 2 machines:
-a desktop PC (Windows XP) with address 192.168.2.2
-a laptop (Windows XP) with address 192.168.2.3

My broadband router is a Belkin with address 192.168.2.1

The computers are properly configured, both having a different name and belonging to the same workgroup. However I cannot have both using the Internet at the same time: when one is online, the second one will say "the device is currently managed by 192.168.2. * ", whichever computer is *

As soon as one is disconnected, the other one will connect to the Internet fine. I know it is a simple configuration setting to change on the router but I am an ignorant, so please help me.
