what operationg system are you using? if its XP then try this

there are lots of ways to make a pc run faster. do you mean hardware or just software and tweaking?
RAID 0 and faster RPM hard drives are good ways to make it run faster.
i use RAID 0, doubled my hard drives bandwidth and cut down on loading screens a lot too.
