Cant upload my photos to ebay

tried to upload my photos to my listing on ebay but it wont work. I know they are not to big (storage wise snd LxW wise), so thats not the problem. I looked up the error that i got and it said that I have to turn off my firewall, but I tried that and that didnt work either. I turned off my Norton antivirus personal firewall, is there another one I have to turn off?...if so, how do I do it? I already posted in the ebay forum but I didnt find any help there.

Try using another web browser. If your using Internet Explorer use Firefox or vice versa.

I tried mozilla firefox, internet explorer, and netscape, and none of them worked...thanks for the reply though.

Try moving the files to another location on your computer and then try to upload them.
