Can't watch videos on Firefox.

After doing a google search, I found this webpage:

Downloading and upgrading Real Player didn't work, so I'm trying to figure out how to download Flash 10.3. I cant find a download link anywhere, and adobe.com doesn't have it anymore.

How can I do that?

Copy the bookmarks to a different location and then reinstall firefox.
