can anybody help me through the steps in order to capture an image from a site, then to paste the image into a Word document. I'm trying to learn how to do this.
Thanks.

hold down SHIFT + Print Screen... Then it should be on your clipboard, paste it wherever ;)

okay - the image is in a folder that I saved in My Pictures.
so - I want to add it into a separate new Word document.
do I start with my new Word document - then how do I get to the folder that has the image?
this is probably really easy, but I haven't done it, so I don't know where to start.
what's the first step?

there is hope.
I started with the Word document, then followed the steps above and got the image onto the Word document.
thanks.

True. Sometimes it's named : PRT SCR (with SYS RQ). This holds for my Logitech keyboard.
