-Core clock
-Shader clocks
-Stream Processors
-Memory clock/interface/size/type(GDDR 2, 3, 4, 5)
-GPU (Obviously)
-If it's PCIe, or PCIe 2.0.

That's not a bad card, but you may want to look at the 4850.
