johnb35 Administrator Staff member Jul 24, 2009 #2 You either have a loose or bad IDE cable or you have bad molex power connectors. Can you open the cdrom drives when you turn the computer on? If so, then you have either a bad cable or bad motherboard IDE connector.

H HCAZ-301 New Member Jul 24, 2009 #3 the cd drives dont open but they have the lights on and all of the hard drives are chatering both ide cabels worked in different computers
