Cars in VIce City

You go to the left of the page, then it says downloads. And if your confused, look at the download faq. The san andreas was just an adverisement kinda thing so they could gain profit and keep the site and stuff up.

This isn't really cheating, your just getting better looking cars than the stock cars the game. Although some of the cars are "special" (by that I mean specially enhanced), you don't have to use them.

No, I believe it just replaces it and makes it backup. In VCMM, there is a uninstall button which I think will put the car back for you. But just in case, you can backup your Vice City folder. (I know its big but worth it if it does something bad to your files.) Actually, you might just need 1 file, I believe its just the "Grand Theft Auto - Vice City\models" then the file named "gta3.img". Have fun! :D

How do you make cars? Can you teach me how? What programs do you use?
 
you can edit the stats of the cars, as in, to make them all have a maximum speed of up to 100 times the speed of the cheetah, or lower the cars. my personal favorite was when i took the big gang truck and put like 40" tires on it, its a notpad document under your program files, if you search for it you will know it when you see it. i dont remember the exact name, but i think its like "cardat.dat" or sumthing:D
 
Vice city stuff

Heey everbody, I've got a problem....
I've downloaded some cars and bikes at http://gta3.gamigo.de/(not that I'm a Jerry, no way!)but I'm havin' a problem finding the file including the cars and the other stuff. :(
HELP ME PLZZ.

When you get those files, you need to use them with the GTA IMG tool. Look on google for it, but I don't use the GTA IMG tool, so I can't really help you with that, sorry.
 
i dont remember the website exactly, but i whent to www.altavista.com and searched for "GTA downloads" and there was a website on the first page that gave me a huge list downloads (boats, cars, mods, etc.)
