Case Cooling

I've herd lots about having a good air circulation through your case is important. the inside of my comp seems to get pretty hot. im gona get new fans and coolers but i dont know how to create a good way of channeling hot air through the system well. can somebody give me some ideas?

its not great. standard kinda case.

Is it custom, prebuilt like hp or compaq? its hard to say anything if i don't know were you can put fans... do you have a picture of the inside?

Get good air flow, have cold air being drawn in from the front and through the CPU cooler and the hot air being blown out the back... Take a look in my sig for some pictures as examples
