Case fan clicking..

I got a 120mm case fan for the front of my PC, and it's screwed in well, but it seems as if the blades may be hitting the front where it's attached..

It's in a real tight spot, like I couldn't even remove the front to get to it, you know went for the el cheapo case where only one side comes off..

Any ideas on how to get it to stop clicking/hitting?
 
You'll have to remove whatever it's hitting again. Are you sure the front doesn't come off? I've see $20 cases that has fronts have pop off, albeit hard to do so.
 
Get something in there and snip what-ever is hitting the fan? File it down?

Like didyouknowthat said, are you sure you can't remove the front?
 
I can get off the screws on the side the panel doesn't come off, but the other 3 are blocked by welds, or the actual drive racks.. And I don't wanna bend my racks to get to the screws..
