case fan problem, need help

hey guys merry christmas,

i built this new computer in my specs around 4 months ago i believe... and just recently like today, i noticed that the front intake fan is not spinning. It is a case mounted fan, LED, and the LED is on. So i believe it is getting power to it. Now these fans are powered by 4 pin molex from the PSU, how can i get this front intake fan to start spinning again? thanks.
 
Does the fan spin easy, or does it have some resistance either direction?? If so, it's probably burnt out.
 
well ill have to take the case apart lol, its behind the HDD mount :/ ill do that in a little bit. IF its burnt out and the led still works, would i have to buy a new fan? or is there some way to fix it >.<
 
ok the fan does have resistance from both sides compared to he other fans, how should i go about replacing it? like which fan should i buy and what size?
