Case fan setup

I use my computer for gaming as well as general use so i guess plenty of fans are better than none.
I dont have many, but i have 1 120mm (exhaust) at the back, i have 2 80mm fans (intake) at the front. And i have 1 80mm (intake) on the side panal stituated directly infront of the cpu heatsink.
is this a good setup or shouldi add more? im getting a 32c temp at idle of the cpu (without the side fan).

it has sides and top covered in holes which you can easily place more fans, but the holes are covered in this black material, but im not sure if i remove it (and have no fans) that it would disrupt airflow,

That's a pretty standard fan setup, and more is not always better with fans.

You want more exhaust than air in front I think? I would say move one of the 80mm intakes on the front to exhaust?

huh? i only have space for one fan at the back, i could fit another 80mm exhast at the top, but that would require more work (taking everything out of the case first)
