Case Fans

I'm working on my first build and have had no issues until now. I'm not sure which slots to plug my case into the mother board.

I have a EVGA E-758-A1. It has 4 places to plug my fans into. They are labeled as:

System Fan
Chassis Fan
Auxiliary Fan
Power Fan

My Case is a Cooler Master HAF 922. It has 1 - 120mm rear fan, 1 - 200mm front fan, and 1 - 200mm top fan.

Does it matter which one I plug them into or should I just plug them directly into the power supply?
 
I think that Chassis Fan is the one that you want but I would consult your motherboard manual and your case manual so be sure.
 
The power fan header is going to be 100% power to the fans and no BIOS adjustment - Just like plugging the fan into a molex connector. System, chassis, and auxiliary fan headers will have some adjustment for fan speed in the BIOS. On my MB the chassis fan headers have adjustable power, (70, 80, 90, 100%), via BIOS settings. The system fan header can be set to increase fan speed in response to MB temperature, and I think the auxiliary fan headers are adjustable as percentages similar to the chassis fan headers. You should be able to get a good idea of how each type adjusts from your manual or by browsing BIOS settings. I tried a lot of different connection combinations and BIOS settings before finding the combination of quietness and cooling that suited me.
