I have upgraded my case for better cooling. The problem is that my motherboard only supports 3 fans and I have a total of 5. So is there any type of PCI card I can use that will add extended ports to connect my fans? Secondly, the front i/o panel on this case is usb 3.0. My motherboard only supports usb 2.0 and the case has a header for usb 3.0 so is there any PCI card I can use that will hook up the 19 pin header to in order to get the front usb ports working? Links to newegg.com or amazon would be greatly appreciated for the following 2 items.

I found the following item on amazon:

Would this be the thing I need for the USB 3.0 ports to work?

There's also a 3.0 > 2.0 adapter if you wanted to go that route. Your case may have came with an adapter.

For the fans they should have a 4 plug connector on them (Molex)

This should plug right into the PSU. There are normally several connections for Molex on a PSU.

most if them are 3 pin with molex adapters. he may not have them. i only got 2 of them with my case, none with replacement fans.

I am not sure, but a PCIe x1 USB3 expansion card may allow you to use USB3 from your front panel.

the fans, you need a fan controller panel, not a expansion card. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811995016 for example.

I was able to find the fan controller panel; it was exactly what I was looking for. I just didn't know the name for it so thanks for mentioning it :)

Now, just need something for front i/o panel usb ports.

Do I plug this in the same type of port I plug my fans in?
no, you plug the 20 pin USB to the big end and plug the little end into your USB expansion on the motherboard. It will be a set of 7 pins on the bottom of the board (might be 9 I am not really for sure)
