Okay guys so heres the deal.

this is my setup

I was planning on getting a new case but theres none i like in my price range so until one comes along which i do like il have to stick with this one.

Thing is,im fed up with the way it looks,
any ideas what do do?

Complete respray?
modding>?

i have a huge fan on the front (intake) and a 120mm fan on the rear.

theres room for a 80x80 fan on the sidepanel but that didnt seem to help temps at all so i removed it.

the pic of the inside is a bit dated,i now have an extra sata hard drive in there and both my burners are IDE so i have a flat IDE cable in there :cool:
(the sata dvd drive in picture failed)

im going to be taking everything out anyway to give it a good clean,re-apply thermal paste to card and cpu.

Looking farward to hearing your ideas
 
I would cut up the mother board tray and do some Under Board Cable Management. What you need to do is map a route for everything on the backside of the tray then make the proper cuts under the mother board near where they need to connect. It would clean up the wiring a great deal.

If you are willing to cut the case up you could add a top fan for ventilation as well.

Maybe also paint your Power supply and cdrom black.
 
I'd spray the outside like yellow, then add black 'go faster stripes' near the front fan. Make it like a hotrod and add decals, like racing numbers or something.

I'd also add some feet to the bottom to make it sit higher and add an intake 120mm at the bottom and an exhuast 120mm at the top. ;)

cant realy do that,theres hardly any clearence between the side pan and the motherboard tray,also the psu wires kust about go to where they have to now so its a tight fit.

too expensive,and theres no point buying cheaper water cooling kits because they are no good and prone to leaks which is obviusly not good :P it would be nice though.

Yellow? are you sure? :D i was thinking white actualy because it looks clean,wont show the fingermarks like my current black does.

also it would match my monitor :D

Ahh sorry sir,

im basically looking for one with a removable hard drive bay, screwless cd drive bays and a solid looking build quality.

The Antec 300 just looks good outside but when you look inside it doesn’t look all that spacious and also the psu is located at the bottom and i think my psu would have trouble stretching all that way up to the cd drives.

White would actually be pretty cool! On the front fan, you should paint some spiral design so it'll mess with your eyes when it's spinning! :P
 
yeah i was thinking of a Glossy white,however im not sure how i will prep for it.

The outside of my case already has a glossy black plastic coated spray so you thik it will be okay to spray over it?

would look sick though with the blue LED.
