Case Problems with Front Usb

I disconnected my case and had it sit in my trunk of my car while I took it to a friend's house. Now when I connected it back, everything is working fine until I tried connecting a usb in the front ports. The USB port only allows half the usb to go in; can't push it further in even with force. What just happened?

P.S. The audio ports of that thing don't seem to work either so if there is some sort of replacement for the top part of the front panel, that would be great.

Mate post some pics, but to be honest, thats a cheap arse case, and as such would be cheaper to buy a new one rather than muck around with replacing components, which I would be doubtful that you can.
