Case w/ perpendicular (pre-cabled) HDD cage?

I've been considering replacing my PC with all new upgrades. I've got most of the internals figured out, but I'm not finding the case I want (at least what I've got stuck in my head). I want a case that has perpendicular HDD cages, that I only have to push the hard drive in and the SATA and power cables are already mounted at the back of the cage. Very similar to the way Mac Pros accept drives.

I've heard about these options, but am not even sure what the correct terminology would be. I would prefer a case without a PSU (or a pre-built with a modular PSU).

Thanks for your help.

Hot swap drive bays.. The only cases I know that have them are server cases, they're an optional extra in many cases and they require a hot swap backplane.
