Catalog or Portfolio software?

Does anyone know of some good software that deals with the creation of catalogs and/or portfolios?

It doesn't have to be free but it's a bonus if it is.

I'm trying to create a catalog with various products, i want it to have pictures, descriptions, info about the product, etc. All with a table of contents and a title page of course.

And i also need some sort of software that can create a portfolio.
