Caught a virus (literally) how to remove.

wow yeah its detecting lots of stuff, I think a safemode scan after this shall solve my problem. I'll come back if it doesn't work. Thanks for your help man
 
haha, well I finished running malwarebytes, although it removed my trojans and stuff the funny thing was that youtube still didn't work. eventually I found out by chance after stumbling onto a forum where someone had the same problem that it was caused by a third party extension called PrivacySafeguard installed onto chrome. After I removed it I had no more problems. Although I still had to remove it from add/remove programs. You helped me find the malware on my pc anyway with the help you gave me and I thank you. problem solved
 
Well, thats where I was going next. Thats one of the items I saw in your log that I was curious about.
