I am trying to use this but every time I go to open it, it well, just doesn't.
The blue circle spins at the arrow and then it just stops and it doesn't pop up.
It works on my other computers, why not this one?

Go into Safe Mode and uninstall and reinstall it - see if that helps you at all.

Actually, just try running it in safe mode and see if it works there.

How do I get it in safe mode?
I done once on my desktop not long ago but forgot how AT&T told me to do it.

When you restart your system press the F8 button on your keyboard.
