I was just wondering what cd burner program is the best?

I like Nero a lot. A popular choice and it does everything I need it to do. For DVD menu creations and making my own DVD's I like Ulead's MovieFactory. Easy setup and fast recording.
Best for what? As a general purpose burning application, Nero does a good job; if you're looking for as free alternative, Deepburner kicks ass

cdrecord in combo with mkisofs and growisofs-----and possibly in combo with any of the many GUI frontends
gnome GUI--nautilus

having used all of them, plain old commandline cdrecord is as simple and as good as any, for windows imageburn I like fairly well

Depends on the specifics of the image tho ... if you're trying to do do BWA stuff then you really need to use Blindwrite ... you can try and hack it out with A120 but I dont think even A120 can handle it properly
(i.e., say making a backup Neverwinternights or WarCraft III)
