i tried to burn the content i wanted to a cd-r disk like i usualy do and now, it seems i cant itt says error can not complete wizard and sunday i removed my psu and graphics card so it might be wiring

You pulled your hardware out for a software glitch? What type of "content" were you trying to burn to disk? You may have simply had a bad disk there or simply have to reinstall the software used.

the content is music from itunes and stuff
iam tryin to make a cd of songs I BOUGHT and its erroe cannot complete

The problem with downloads is the format they are in if not the burning software you are using. Once the files are on the drive you copy them to another folder first and try renaming them if they are in mp3 format. Whiile they are in the download folder they probably are still being accessed by ITunes or....?
