I have Windows 7 32 bit

Ok I got a second hand custom computer from a pawnshop for a good price. I needed a computer to run Final Fantasy ARR so i went for it. The CD drive is listed in the device manager but not under my computer so I can't open/close it from the menu. It does nothing when I push the button and it looks like it has an LED light on it (dunno for sure) that doesn't come on.

Also the sound doesn't work. It says I have Realtek Digital Output and the jack is the rear RCA. I have no idea which one that is....

Any help would be great! I appreciates the time anyone has taken to read this. I like computers but I am a total noob at them lol.

EDIT: Also for some reason it has a floppy disk drive installed but there isn't one on the tower??

Can you open the drive by pressing button on the front of the drive? If so, then its getting power. Is there a yellow question mark/exclamation mark next to any entries in device manager? Make sure the audio output is set correctly. Go into control panel then sound then playback tab to check for output.
