i just added another cd/dvd player and once i put it in and turn my computer on....neither of them will work...they both open up and all...but they dont "work" wut can i do

Did you set the jumpers right, One Master and One Slave

Besides looking at the jumper settings on the drives themselves make sure the ide cable is plugged into the board. Recheck that along with the power plugs. These are the three main things to look at since you know both drives seem to be functional.
