cd drives dont work

i just added another cd/dvd drive to my computer, and right after that....neither of them are working, i mean they both open up, but nothin loads, i cant listen to music cds or anything...help

Have you tried to take the new one off, and see if the old one works if it's single?

You probably didn't set the drive correctly. There are jumpers on the back that you must set to Master and Slave accordingly.

or if they are on the same IDE cable just set them both to CS(cable select) that should work too.
