CD-DVD reader problem

ok, first i need help whit my cd-dvd reader.
i am wach all posts on this forum about this but i cant find some post where problem wase fixed.
my windows cant detect my reader.
dvd reader work but i cant open dick

Hey,
Without more information is hard to help.
But if you want to open it, there is a little hole near the opening button. Just press it with a pen or a paper clip.

well anyways yes we need more information for instance are you trying to physically open the drive or use a dvd that is in the drive?

In other words. You have a CD/DVD ROM. It opens, but when you put a (disk) in, it doesnt read the (disk). lol
