Ok now onto Cd-rom questions for me time to learn about then before I buy them. Here are my simple questions.

What is buffer speed? Now and Days what is a good common buffer speed?

Im guessing the interface is like the hard drives interface and as far as I know the Sata is commonly best now. Mabye not best but good at this time.

What is a good Dvd-Rom Speed?

Is it good to have a cd/dvd rom drive?

Now for the games I play it does not require a cd to be in the tray at the time of playing so im guessing i should take this into consideration.

Im going to be getting a cd burner aswell what should I take into consideration for this?

high buffer speeds are good, don't quote me on it but it's basically the memory between the hard drive and the laser, so if you're burning a CD and your HDD slows down the burning process won't stop because the data is stored in the buffer.

If you're getting a CD-RW Drive might as well get a 52X read, 52X write, and 48X rewrite, it's not like thier that expensive, you'll thank yourself later
