CD RW and motherboard?

So i got a new motherboard for a computer I am building. its a Micro ATX from gigabyte. It has no slot for the ide cable for the CD RW. Is there a way to connect it through a SATA slot or how do I connect it to the motherboard? Thanks!

For what a IDE PCI/e card would cost and the hassle. You would be better off just getting a SATA DVD burner. You can get one for like between 20/25 bucks.

I second the recommendation to go with a SATA DVD burner. It will do everything your old CD burner could with the added bonus of being able to burn DVDs.
