CD-RW problems help please

Hi I am a newbe I hope someone can help me
I have a Dell GX 280 P4 computer with XP SP3 installed and my rewriter is a
HL-DT-ST CD-RW GCE 8483B preloaded so no disc when I click on logo this comes up cant open language files C:\program files\Elaborate Bytes\Clone CD\texts\cloneCDen.ing
What can I do please( novice on computers )
 
Have you tried reinstalling clone cd? This error has nothing to do with your cdrw drive.

I do not have a disc to reinstall is there another way?
