CDrom won't open

Hello,
Your CD rom drive will not open when you press the button on the front?
What about when you go into "My computer" on your desktop and right click on the drive and select Eject?
If that doesnt work,There should be a little hole on the front of the CD/DVD drive that you can put in a bent paperclip that will manually open the drive.
Sounds like its time for a new drive though.
