Cell help

I am e mailing my cousin on her Cell Phone from my computer so I send it to her number @ her cell phone provider

The phone number is not hers but I do put a 1 because it is in New Jersy.

It comes back and can't go.

What am I doing or not doing?

Do not enter the 1 and try again, it should go through.

Reread his post, he said that wasn't her number.
