I don't know much about them. Have one. i use about 7 or 8 min a month. goto the store and call my wife OH they don't have that but have this.
My question is related to this thingy in the phone called sim card. How do i extract the the pictures off it. i have a couple card readers, one internal and external. see something called sm. is that the same thing. never the less how do extract. i want to see what the quality looks like. might not even worth saving.
just playing and curious.

Your best bet would be to transfer the pics via bluetooth. Otherwise, you can probably put a microSD card in the phone, then, using the phone, put the pictures on the microSD card (from the sim card). After that, you can insert the card into your computer, although you'd probably need an SD adapter, or a USB one (to put the microSD card in, because they are tiny).

the card readers support SD easy enough. they support something like 15 diff kinds of cards. your sending me on another adventure. i have bluetooth on the cell and don't have a clue how to use it.
thanks
i will check it out.

Bluetooth is actually fairly easy to use. I thought it was complicated until I played with it. Just get out the manual from your phone, it should explain it on there, or google it. Besides, it's something to learn :D

thanks
I wanted to try and use the bluetooth. I wanted to use in the car through the radio. thats something else i would like to play with. my radio is not bluetooth ready but seen some adapters you can buy. thought you could turn on bluetooth then the adapter and it says something like tune to this fm station.
though i don't talk in car was curious how.
if that made sense.

thanks

Yeah man, what you do, is you get an FM transmitter, it plugs into the cigarette lighter. The station depends on the transmitter. Anyway, you plug the transmitter (via a 3.5mm jack, the transmitter should have one of those) into your phone, and the set the phone close enough to you so the other person can hear you. Hope you understand that..

FYI: SIM cards don't store anything besides contacts. They're what make the phone yours.

checked the phone. its a cheap cell phone. I have a charger and a buttons for volume control. i thought the bluetooth would do it wireless. On the lighter side my contract is with ATT Uverse. the cell is for stupid conversations or break down maybe. I could step up though. then

I just don't use it enough. I have 6 phones in the house. Nobody calls because i don't use it. they call home number. OH Well....
I get these 450 roll over minutes in the states. works well. i have about 10,000 minutes to use or renew in Sept.
won't happen. will likely get a pay as you go. but maybe step up.

Right...stored on the phone memory. Duh, forgot that.

You can still use the bluetooth/SD method though, this I know because I've done it (the bluetooth one anyway).

Something else you may be able to do,if you have text/picture messaging, is to use MMS to send the pictures to an email account.
