Cell Phone - What's good to buy?

Hellooooooo.........
My contract is up so I can buy a new phone now and can anyone tell me some nice cell phones to buy for around $100-$200 USD. My cell I have now doesn't have a camera and so I really would like one on my new cell and also MP3 would be sweet to so I could use it on the bus to school this year.

Any ideas?
I have been looking through ebay and I need some reviews for some.

EDIT: I am on Cingular and I need an unlocked phone :)
 
wow you guys have to pay for phone, in the UK most contract phones are free. Unless you want something fancy like the iphone
 
unlock is just a term for being able to use it on any network. (no, you do have to pay for it. cant get it for free :rolleyes:)

but i dont like the blackbery. keys are too small
 
I have a Samsung M500 with Qwest, the equivalent would be the Samsung T619, which lacks the MicroSD slot that the M500 has.

It's a great phone, maybe you should consider moving up to CDMA ;)
 
I have the Treo 650 with cingular. I think they have it refurbished for $99 and the 680 refurb for $80 but to get it for those prices you have to sign another 2 yr contract
 
the cingular 8125 is probably my number one choice right now. i like the cingular 8525 which is a newer version but it basically is the same except it's black. thats what some reviewers are saying.
