Cellphone Bluetooth

I'm pretty sure this counts as networking, so here i go:
My phone has bluetooth. if i have my phone hooked-up to my pc through a usb adapter, can i use my phone as a usb blutooth dongle of sorts?
 
:) it's a strange question. I think no.
The phone has blutooth. everything you want to receive will be saved on the phone, and from there you can copy/cut it to the pc. :)
 
yes I kinda agree with pepsigirl on this one however:-

For the price of a USB cable for your specific phone, - why not just get a blutooth dongle for your PC?

It will give you far more options for not just your phone but other blutooth enabled phones/devices too ;)
